Copyright & DMCA Notice

Last updated: 1 January 2026

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users of this Site to do the same. This page sets out what we own, what we don't, and how to report a copyright concern.

1. Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the design, layout, source code, written articles, and icon artwork on this Site are original works owned by Picker Wheel. The icon set — the tool icons, toolbar icons, menu icons and ball illustrations — was created specifically for this Site.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or republish the Site's code or artwork as your own. You are welcome to:

2. Content we do not own

Flags. National, regional and state flags shown on some wheels are supplied by a third-party image service. Flags are shown for identification only and imply no affiliation or endorsement.

Team names. Sports team names are used descriptively to identify the teams in question. Those names, and any associated logos or trademarks, belong to their respective owners. This Site is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any league, team, or governing body. We deliberately do not display official team logos.

Your entries. Anything you type into a wheel remains yours. It is stored in your own browser and is never uploaded to us.

3. Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA)

If you believe material on this Site infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice through our Contact page including all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) on this Site where the material appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

We aim to acknowledge valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to material that is found to be infringing.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.

5. False claims

Submitting a knowingly false takedown notice or counter-notice can carry legal liability, including damages and costs. Please be certain of your rights before filing.

6. Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for anyone who repeatedly infringes intellectual property rights.
